call out to Townsville writers

Our writing friends  at  TWPC. The Towsnville Publishers Centre is asking local writers to get out there and write.


Write CafÉ
Celebrate the National Year of Reading.
writers will emerge from their home offices
to take up residence in cafÉs across the city.
Are you a writer? Or have you ever
wanted to give it a go? Use your most
loved genre to record some of the colour
and energy of Townsville. There will be
opportunities to publish your contributions.
The period of residence may be from one month
to three months, two to three days per week.
Get to know the cafÉs that make
great coffee and are arts-friendly.
Expressions of interest are sought from writers and cafÉs. Please
email info@twpc.org and writers include two samples of writing
with a brief outline of what you hope to do while in residence.
